ID.me is seeking a Director of Product Marketing who will bring their expertise in go-to-market strategies ID.me's digital products. You will help us establish proven processes for preparing all customer touch points for successful product launches and for deeper product penetration for existing products. You will develop compelling positioning for our products and services so that customers are unable to resist your advances. In addition, you will work collaboratively with product management and development teams to bring new innovations to market.
You will report directly to ID.me's Vice President of Marketing & Sales.
Lead the planning and execution of ID.me's product marketing strategy, including market research, channel strategy, and go to market plans.
Drive the successful adoption of products and services.
Develop the go-to-market product value proposition and messaging strategy for the promotion and selling of our products.
Partners with product and marketing teams to ensure all collateral (online, offline, training materials, sales collateral) reflects the product positioning and showcases the product value proposition.
Train and support sales and customer support teams on new products and services.
Understand customer dynamics and markets as an input to product roadmap and communications.
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
5-10 years of ecommerce product marketing experience.
Demonstrated experience developing product messaging, positioning statements, and value propositions.
Demonstrated experience with strategy, project management and problem solving.
Demonstrated skill in messaging and differentiating products.
Demonstrated creativity and success in bringing products to marketing.
Strategic and creative thinker with a bias for action.
Strong organizational and management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects and objectives.
Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable insights.
Must have a strong background in business analytics.
