The successful candidate will be experienced with defining and implementing Salesforce-based solutions that include Salesforce systems components, third-party apps, process improvements and organizational change.

The individual in this position will be challenged with communicating with multiple stakeholders within the company, to both technical and non-technical audiences using dashboards and exhibits to effectively document and describe solutions and designs.  Communicating and documenting needs and implementations of solutions and processes. In addition, this individual will be required to respond to agile changes in systems requirements from these varying stakeholders, which will apply corporate standards but also allow for local innovation.

The position will help define architecture and design criteria to be applied across all implementations.  The position reports to the Manager of Sales Operations and works closely with the Sales  Team ensuring alignment with department and company goals.

The successful candidate will possess a proven, successful track record in the following areas:


  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions under pressure
  • Ability to work in a small team-oriented environment, mentor and support all departments in the company
  • Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and practices


  • Experience in connecting Marketo with Salesforce is a strong plus
  • Experience with Apex and or Visual Force
  • Additional Salesforce certification a plus
  • Experience with integrated multi-channel marketing
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience in data migration/bulk data loading into Salesforce

As a Digital Identity Editor, you will be the chief contributor and editor of’s identity verification blog. Your reporting will help and its community of brand and government partners stay abreast digital identity news and technology. You will also help establish’s Identity Insider blog as a publisher in the digital identity space.


As the blog grows, this position offers a lot of potential for growth and advancement as expands its content team.

Curate’s digital identity blog
Write and edit original reported content
Maintain an editorial calendar
Interview thought leaders in the digital identity space
Work with freelance writers and designers
Distribute posts via social media


A Little More About You

5+ years experience in writing about technology, government, and/or privacy
Bachelor’s Degree
Intimate knowledge of digital identity industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of basic SEO and WordPress
Creative, independent individual who can take an idea and run with it

Bonus Points

A portfolio including content marketing or journalism clips in the digital identity space
Basic knowledge of video/graphic/audio editing
