Senior Product Designer

Min. Experience: Mid Level is looking for a high caliber Senior Product Designer to help us continue to enhance and build out our family of web and mobile products. You’ll work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to deliver a great user experience and thrive on taking diverging ideas, and turning them into first-rate products.   You should follow a user-centered design process and understand real users – their goals, aptitudes, experiences, needs, and motivations. In this role you will approach design from a user-perspective and balance users' needs alongside business goals and technical capabilities.


  • Design and deliver compelling, elegant, pleasurable and sophisticated end-to-end user experiences for multiple products and platforms
  • Assess and define customer needs and present and evaluate prototypes to be tested internally and refine solutions based on user experience feedback
  • Contribute to defining the ‘what’ as well as the ‘how’ - not just translating requirements into designs but also offering possible alternative design options
  • Give and receive design feedback with fellow teammates
  • Be an evangelist for UX and UI best practices and design excellence
  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging design principles and best practices in user interface design, interaction design, information architecture, usability theory, and evaluation techniques
  • Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency and coherence across the products and platforms


  • 3+ years of experience designing web applications and/or native mobile applications (iOS, Android)
  • An exceptional portfolio of creative product design that showcases complex and creative UX solutions, visual design and solid information architecture
  • Experience creating UI specs & wireframes with the flexibility and willingness to move from idea to execution quickly
  • A passion for design and continuous improvement
  • Ability to prioritize projects, communicate progress, and deliver on time
  • Openness to receiving feedback and having your opinions be challenged
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills - you can tell compelling stories about your designs and present your work with confidence, regardless of the audience (engineers, PMs, executives, other designers, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and responsive design techniques
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and constantly evolving environment
